He has been in the IT office arena since 1987. Starting his business career in the SME world, he progressed onto working within a Blue Chip organisation and for a few years was the Sales & Marketing Director for Panasonic UK Business Products Division.

Clive Sanford
Clive is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been in the M&A space since 1985. He acted on many public and private company transactions in the 1980's, establishing and managing the M&A team at a major City professional services firm, in due course becoming a Partner.
He left the City in 1991 to form his own SFA-authorised advisory firm and has maintained some involvement in the Corporate Finance arena ever since, having taken lead adviser roles in hundreds of transactions, of many types and sizes, across a multitude of sectors.

Dom Barker ACA
An ACA with a Banking & Finance degree, Dom has been involved in mid-market Corporate Finance advisory since 1999, working for a small CF boutique in Manchester and the CF department of a London firm of Chartered Accountants. He is also Finance Director of CSB Logistics, a fast-growing construction logistics company.
Dom met Clive whilst working on a transaction in 2003, subsequently joining him the following year. Dom works closely with Clive on all transactions, focusing on the execution of business sales, financial modelling and acquisition mandates.
